Brian Bagnall

The man behind the name, Brian is your quintessential builder. A skilled tradesman, Brian has over 40 years experience in all aspects of construction - residential, commercial & industrial, and able to work with both timber and steel. 

Whilst he embraces modern building trends, Brian applies that 'old school builder' approach to his work and delivers high quality homes that are built to last. A solutions man, he is able to identify possible problems ahead of time, and work with the client to solve them with workable suggestions. 

Brian has been trading as Brian Bagnall Building Pty Ltd since 2003.

The Team

Brian is supported by a group of experienced and qualified professionals both onsite and in the office. 

Brian’s son Brad, a qualified carpenter works with him to project manage a full crew of dedicated, professional sub-contractors on their building projects.

Meanwhile Brian’s wife Julie uses her supreme organisation and administration skills to ensure your project costs remain on-budget, and all relevant paperwork is tracked.

Award Winning Homes

We don’t normally enter awards, as Brian is way too humble a man, but when our lovely client begged us to enter his beautiful new home in 2011, to provide some recognition to Brian, he swallowed his humility and did so.

It paid off as Brian was awarded the 2011 HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for Custom Built Home under $1,000,000.
