Our Process
STEP 1
You’ll request a quote or contact us to inquire about our services.
STEP 2
We meet you onsite to get to know you, complete an initial evaluation and review your plans.
Step 3
We’ll meet with you to present our fixed price quote and schedule of works.
STEP 4
We’ll discuss any adjustments you’d like and provide a final quote and schedule of works if required.
STEP 5
Once you’re happy with the final quote, you’ll sign and approve our fixed price contract and schedule of works.
STEP 6
We’ll get to work! While we’re on the job, we’ll conduct ongoing consultation with you to ensure your expectations are being met.
STEP 7
We’ll complete work on time, on budget, and to the highest standards! Oh and of course, we’ll hand over the keys to you!

The man behind the name, Brian is your quintessential builder. A skilled tradesman, Brian has over 40 years experience in all aspects of construction - residential, commercial & industrial, and able to work with both timber and steel.
Brian brings that 'old-school builder' approach to his work. A solutions man, he is able to identify possible problems ahead of time, and work with the client to solve them with workable suggestions.
Brian has been trading as Brian Bagnall Building Pty Ltd since 2003.
